Delivery

We endeavour to pack and despatch your order efficiently to provide you with delivery as soon as possible.  For orders below £299.99 (exc. VAT) there is a £24.99 delivery charge. Our composite decking, balustrade, cladding, fencing, sub frame and pedestal ranges have higher order values for free delivery and longer lead times, as shown below.

MaxDeck Composite Decking, Balustrade, Sub Frame and Pedestals, MaxFence Fencing and Gates – Free delivery on orders of £999.99 (exc. VAT). For orders below £999.99 (exc. VAT) there is a £79.99 delivery charge. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please contact us if you need delivery urgently or to a non UK mainland address.

Millboard Decking, Cladding, Plas-Pro, DuoLift and DuoSpan – Free delivery on orders of £1749.99 (exc. VAT). For orders below £1749.99 (exc. VAT) there is a £139.99 delivery charge. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please contact us if you need delivery urgently or to a non UK mainland address.

It is important that we are advised of any access restrictions or any special delivery instructions at the time order. We reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery and/or make a charge for a failed delivery if we have not been informed of any access restrictions or special instructions required for delivery.

On receipt of your delivery please check thoroughly for any damage and contact us immediately if there is any problem. Signing for goods as ‘unchecked’ is not sufficient to raise a complaint or claim with the carrier. We must be notified of any damaged/missing goods or non-delivery of an order within 3 working days of the delivery or expected delivery date.

Returns Policy

We are positive that our products will always meet your needs, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased from us, please contact us at sales@ld-uk.com within 14 working days of having received the delivery, to arrange return.  It is your responsibility to package the product(s) carefully so that it arrives in perfect resalable condition and we would advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured and can be traced during any return journey.  Once we have received the products, you will be reimbursed in accordance with our refunds policy (see terms and conditions on our website).  Please note that in this scenario you will be responsible for the cost in returning the product(s) to us.

In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@ld-uk.com within fourteen working days of having received the delivery, we will then arrange a replacement, ask you to return the product or arrange to collect the product(s) from you.  Once we have received the products, you will be reimbursed in accordance with our refunds policy (see terms and conditions), including reimbursement for any costs incurred in returning the product(s), if we require it back.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT PLEASE FILL IN AND RETURN THE FORM BELOW.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN OR USE THE GOODS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM LANDSCAPES DIRECT.
