Delivery

We endeavour to pack and despatch your order efficiently to provide you with delivery as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 working days of the date of order (provided order is placed before 13:00) for UK Mainland and 4-7 working days for offshore locations .  All orders over £299.99 (exc. VAT) for delivery to the UK Mainland & Isle of Wight (IOW) will be delivered free of charge.  A carriage charge will be applied to all orders requiring delivery to an offshore location, regardless of the order value.

For order values less than £299.99 (exc. VAT) for delivery to UK Mainland & IOW and for all orders (regardless of value) for delivery to offshore locations, carriage charges will be applied as follows, depending on the delivery location;

UK Mainland & IOW (exc. Scottish Highlands) = £24.99 (exc. VAT)

Scottish Highlands (incl. postcodes IV 1-28, 30-36, 40, 52-54, 63, 99, KW 1-14, PA 33-40 and PH 17-26, 30-41, 49, 50) = £49.99 (exc. VAT)

Northern Ireland = £59.99 (exc. VAT)

Offshore Islands (exc. IOW but incl. the postcodes GY, HS, IM, IV 41-51, 55, 56, JE, KA 27, 28, KW 15-17, PA 20, 41-88, PH 42-44, TR 21-25 and ZE) = £74.99 (exc. VAT)

Republic of Ireland = £84.99 (exc. VAT)

For next day and time delivery services please contact us for a price.

It is important that we are advised of any access restrictions or any special delivery instructions at the time order. We reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery and/or make a charge for a failed delivery if we have not been informed of any access restrictions or special instructions required for delivery.

On receipt of your delivery please check thoroughly for any damage and contact us immediately if there is any problem. Signing for goods as ‘unchecked’ is not sufficient to raise a complaint or claim with the carrier. We must be notified of any damaged/missing goods or non-delivery of an order within 3 working days of the delivery or expected delivery date.

Returns Policy

We are positive that our products will always meet your needs, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased from us, please contact us at sales@ld-uk.com within 14 working days of having received the delivery, to arrange return.  It is your responsibility to package the product(s) carefully so that it arrives in perfect resalable condition and we would advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured and can be traced during any return journey.  Once we have received the products, you will be reimbursed in accordance with our refunds policy (see terms and conditions on our website).  Please note that in this scenario you will be responsible for the cost in returning the product(s) to us.

In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@ld-uk.com within fourteen working days of having received the delivery, we will then arrange a replacement, ask you to return the product or arrange to collect the product(s) from you.  Once we have received the products, you will be reimbursed in accordance with our refunds policy (see terms and conditions), including reimbursement for any costs incurred in returning the product(s), if we require it back.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT PLEASE FILL IN AND RETURN THE FORM BELOW.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN OR USE THE GOODS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM LANDSCAPES DIRECT.
